Refund Policy

How returns and refunds work for orders placed with Fresh Start™.

Refund window

You can request a return or refund within 30 days of the day your order is delivered. We may not be able to accept requests made after that window.

Conditions

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
• Include your order number so we can find your purchase.
• Return shipping is paid by the seller.

How to start a return

1. Email support@freshstartblueprint.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Send the item back. Keep the tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within the refund window with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it.
