It was never a hygiene problem

If you wear an undershirt.

If you put on extra deodorant.

If you scrub your armpits over and over in the shower.

And you still smell?

You already understand it’s not a hygiene problem.

But no one around you understands that and you’re still perceived as having poor hygiene.

It’s tiring and feels hopeless but it’s not.

Up to this point you’ve only been putting band-aids on the symptoms instead of focusing your attention on the root cause.

The truth is, most of how you smell is decided by what you eat.

Our research catalog is compiled with studies from Nature Medicine, Chemical Senses, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Gut and more, and the blueprint walks you through, step by step how to determine which foods are YOUR trigger foods and tells you what foods to add as body odor neutralizers.

One month could change the rest of your life.

Are you ready to take the first step?

It’s a program you open, not a file you save somewhere.

There’s nothing to install and nothing to print. It opens in your browser on your phone or your laptop, it remembers where you are, and it picks up wherever you left off.

The program on a phone, showing day 17 of 28, the food being tested that day, and tonight's score
It tells you what to do. Every single day says which food you’re on and what to change. You never have to work out where you are or what comes next.
Tonight's entry: tap a number from 1 to 5, then tick what you ate and what you skipped
Ten seconds a night. Tap one number for how strong it was, tick what you ate and what you skipped, and you’re done. That’s the whole nightly job.
A section of the guide open in the program: Red Meat, graded STRONG, with the study it rests on and a photograph
The research sits right there. Every group you test has its own section, with the study behind it and an honest grade for how strong that evidence really is. The weak ones say so.
The result screen naming the buyer's own trigger foods and what their score did on each
Then it hands you your answer. Your own triggers, by name, worked out from your own scores. Everything you cleared, you go back to eating.

Good questions, honest answers

What do I get, and when?

The whole program, the moment you pay. You start Week 1 the same night if you want to. Everything opens on any device and it is yours to keep.

Will this cure my body odor?

Nobody honest can promise you that. Genetics and certain medical conditions are real, and no diet touches them. What this does is find the food triggers you actually control, and tell you plainly when what you’re dealing with needs a doctor instead.

Why do my triggers differ from someone else’s?

Because people process identical food differently, and that’s measured, not theorised. Fed the same standardised meals, 1,002 people varied by more than 100% in their blood response (Nature Medicine, 2020). There’s even a single gene, ABCC11, that largely decides whether a person makes underarm odor at all. A generic list can’t account for any of that. A protocol can.

Why not just guess which foods are the problem?

Because people are bad at it. When people who reported a food intolerance were tested properly under blinded conditions, only 8% turned out to be right. Medicine finds individual triggers by removing the likely ones and reintroducing them one at a time, recording as you go. That’s what the four weeks are.

What is the Recipe Club?

Six to eight new seasonal recipes a month, built on the same foods as the program. They’re free for the whole 4 weeks you’re running the program. After that it’s $1.99 a month only if you want to keep getting them. Cancel in one click and you keep the cookbook and everything already sent.

Why four weeks?

Weeks 1 and 2 give you a clean baseline to measure against, because you can’t read a change you have nothing to compare to. Weeks 3 and 4 are the reintroductions, one food group every two days. Take longer on one if you need to. The clock isn’t the point.

Every claim has a study behind it

Men who cut red meat were rated as smelling more pleasant.

Controlled trial · Chemical Senses, 2006

More fruit and veg tracked with fresher-smelling sweat.

Evolution & Human Behavior, 2017

Fed the same meal, 1,002 people responded over 100% differently.

Nature Medicine, 2020

A month from now you’ll be a month older either way.

Spend four weeks of it finding out, and be done.
